Leadership Is So Much Bigger Than Personal Success
My understanding of leadership, and how it differed from personal success, grew on the football field. Playing in the SEC led to founding and leading the USC Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Later, I became president of my fraternity.
Working in the trenches on the campaign trail, in business, and on groundbreaking legislation like the Affordable Care Act cemented that authentic leadership built on relationships is what takes any organization to the next level. I am all in, and I am here to help you.
